This Amarone is from garnet-red colour with orange-yellow reflexes and a pleasantly spicy scent. In the taste he is warm, strong, full and velvety, with a very pleasant and harmonious bitter aftertaste. This wine fits excellently to the best wild meat courses and, besides, is the ideal company to strong cheese, in particular to an aged Grana. To be able to enjoy completely his qualities, the bottle should be opened a few hours before pouring and drinking to ambient temperature.
